1. The market definitions and LRIC calculation

In the light of the Commission draft recommendation from this summer the definitions of the termination markets is becoming more and more in focus. The reason for this is that the ambition to equalize all termination rates also will raise the question on how to expect prices on different markets remain the same.

2. Benchmarking operators – a continuation

In previous fact sheets operators operating over the globe where benchmarked. These studies lacked the Chinese operators, but included Indian operators. Thanks to one of the readers of this letter, Mr. Mo Xinwei it is now possible to also add the Chinese operators. The pattern we already found is still valid - in fact there are some interesting observations on the operators acting in the very big national markets.
