In 1997 Swedtel became partner to a national operator in creating, developing and
launching of a local operator serving the capital city. Swedtel has been helping
the operator to successfully implement a competitive, turnkey marketing, sales,
customer care and billing organization complete with recruited and trained staff.
Exceeding expectations
Swedtel exceeded the specified deliverables, lifted the profits of the company and
therefore beat the expectations of the customer.
Swedtel achieved this by delivering strategies, processes and routines, while transferring
know-how and training to the staff. We integrated 15 sub-contractors in a complex
IT solution across the company’s product development, marketing, sales, customer
care and billing areas through a number of customer interfaces, such as; Call Center,
Town centers, WEB, IVR and others. Swedtel’s consultants also coordinated areas
of the company and led its cultural transformation into a customer-oriented and
competitive organization.
