Swedtel signed the contract with the operator to start-up and operate the 3rd mobile operator. The new network was launched after four months using Swedtel’s start-up concept and the customer was competing for market share within 16 weeks.

The scope of the project included vendor selection, funding, establishment of all corporate functions (customer care, network, IT, billing, legal, finance and administration).
