This is being done in parallel with enhancing customer, employee and community satisfaction,
while improving business growth, profitability levels and maximizing enterprise
and shareholder value.
The project was broadly divided into two phases, the first of which was the delivery
of a report detailing a diagnosis (current situation and strategic direction), design
(develop new business and operating model) and planning (action plan for change
and implementation).Phase two involved managing the implementation and transformation.
