Management & Operations

Management & Operations (or part of operations) of an Operator/Carrier or Service provider. Often this service comes as a follow-up of a consulting service performed.

Transformation Services

The transformation of an ailing Telecom Operator is either an old Incumbent that is about to lose its monopoly, or a niche Operator where new owner wants the company to transform into a modern competitive operator.
