Purpose of Job Position: Responsible for sales and customer relation’s activities.
General:
Excellent hands on experience managing relationships, customer accounts, business development and sales activities.
Main responsibilities:
- To find new business opportunities
- Build and develop commercial relationships with customers
- Provide customers with information about company and its portfolio
- Prepare and make presentations
- Active approach towards customers in identifying theirs needs
- Coordinate activities and participate on solving customer’s issues and problems
- Maintain customer database and keep it updated
- Administration, preparation and delivery of clients invoices
- Ensure timely payments of invoices, delivery and collections
- Participate in the development of sales processes and strategies
- Responsible for the commercial and financial performance of accounts
- Create and manage proposals in response to RFI’s and RFP’s
Skills
Languages: English, Arabic Experience required: 5+ years in sales position. 2+ year at level of key account manager. 2+ year experience in telecommunication area, IT / telecom solutions selling.
Requirement: Excellent in MS office, especially Excel, and Word. Transferrable Iqama. Saudi driving license.
