Location: Swedtel Arabia Ltd, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Purpose of Job Position: Responsible for sales and customer relation’s activities. 

General:

Excellent hands on experience managing relationships, customer accounts, business development and sales activities.

Main responsibilities: 
 
  • To find new business opportunities
  • Build and develop commercial relationships with customers 
  • Provide customers with information about company and its portfolio
  • Prepare and make presentations
  • Active approach towards customers in identifying theirs needs 
  • Coordinate activities and participate on solving customer’s issues and problems 
  • Maintain customer database and keep it updated
  • Administration, preparation and delivery of clients invoices
  • Ensure timely payments of invoices, delivery and collections
  • Participate in the development of sales processes and strategies
  • Responsible for the commercial and financial performance of accounts
  • Create and manage proposals in response to RFI’s and RFP’s

Skills

Languages: English, Arabic Experience required: 5+ years in sales position. 2+ year at level of key account manager. 2+ year experience in telecommunication area, IT / telecom solutions selling.

Requirement: Excellent in MS office, especially Excel, and Word. Transferrable Iqama. Saudi driving license. 
The right candidates should be intelligent, fast learner and enjoy hard working in an international company, and he must have the ability to cope with stress, long working hours and responsibilities.

Personality: Sales skills, strong customer orientation, negotiation and persuasion skills, presentation skills, assertive, confidentiality, flexibility, self-management, good listener, humble, polite, hard worker, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, highly motivated to succeed, excellent project & time management skills.

Education: Bachelor degree
