Proma project in Bolivia Provision of National Digital Interconnection Network for Voice and Data Transmission for the Customs of the Republic of Bolivia. On August 23, 2004, Swedtel signed a 2-year contract with Bolivia national customs to build a nationwide communications network. Swedtel integrated hardware, software and services during the contract period.  The national customs of Bolivia was awarded funding from the Nordic Development Fund for this project.
